Hi Mitch,
You have to be Jewish to be a Jew for Jesus, as a front line missionary, yes. But to be a volunteer with us, or to serve on our Board of Directors, or to represent us to others, say in the Christian world. In a similar but different question, in a way, you don't to be Jewish to believe in Jesus, at all!
